School Support
The Reach Academy Trust is committed to working in partnership with teachers, schools and Trusts. We host regular visits to the school (link to calendar of half-termly visits to the school), have a flourishing curriculum project and are work intensively with some schools and trusts.
The support that we offer is particularly focused on teacher development, including coaching and CPD, and curriculum design and development. We welcome contact from schools or MATs seeking to work in partnership (please email info@reachacademy.org.uk).
We have a flouirshing partnership with the Ted Wragg Trust and have been working closely with All Saints Academy Plymouth. Our partnership has included introducing teacher coaching, collaboration with Heads of Department around curriculum design and delivery and intensive work with senior leaders around strategy and prioritisation. The partnership was recently featured by the TES.
The trust has also brokered the support of Reach Academy Feltham, which is providing valuable support around teaching, behaviour and curriculum. In many respects, the approach to supporting schools is one from which other schools and trusts in similar circumstances could learn from. (HMI report, December 2018).
An Open Door
We are committed to sharing our approach freely and we have hosted many visitors at Reach Academy Feltham (from the UK and beyond) to discuss our wider work:
